Many times I have been asked during my readings, “How can I get rid of this anxious feeling, depression or anger? What can I do to help myself achieve my goals?” I always recommend meditation.
Meditation helps bring about that sense of fullness and completion and it is a self healing process. Any form of stress or negative thinking can lead to health issues. Meditation is an adventure of self-discovery. It is simply a process of transforming yourself – recognizing the negative thoughts and turning them into positive thoughts.
The best way to approach meditation is to be very patient – getting the mind to be quiet is and can be a difficult task. There are several ways to approach this and one technique I use is a visual image of the beach and creating a sanctuary of peace and serenity around me.
What brings you peace?

What bring me peace?
When i’m at the beach….seeing the horizon and the blue sky…
Earth brings me peace. All of earth, above and below- The world is so amazing, so brilliant to work the way it does. The whole universe- It’s brilliant. Do you think it’s all a clock>? everything.
Hi Karmystic, Meditation is awesome. I have a tramactic brain injury from an auto accident. It has taken over 8 months for me to be able to actually get my mind to be still. It has helped so much in the healing process. It has been a long struggle but now I have more hope then ever. I have my silver lining. I have more faith now. I beam with joy which 3 years ago I felt as if my life had no hope. Great article. Yes the beach is were I go to meditate in my mind. It does heal the body. I am so greatful for the doctor who had the patience to teach me it. I have been blessed. Thank you all for your wonderful blogs. They are inspititanal please keep your great insights with us. Many Blessing to you all.
WHAT BRINGS ME PEACE?
Psychic Karmystic said the ocean brings her peace. The ocean used to bring me peace way back when, as I grew up in So Cal. The ocean was cool, and cleansing. It is deep and vast & you can go miles away just sitting on shore.
But now I am deep South and – “your home is where you hang your hat.” So what brings me peace way out here? Well, “It never rains in California”, so they say. I remember when a new rain would begin to “sprinkle”, you could smell the hot steamy asphault (and even see it sometimes). That’s where the phrase “It smells like rain” came from.
But, here in Georgia, it pours. And so may people complain when it does. But me? I welcome the rain, because it cleanses the earth and it cleanses my mind and soul. Thunder and lightning only intensify it. I picture the trees and the earth getting quenched and bathed, sometimes in a nature inspired fireworks display. I open the window by the head of my bed at night & watch it and shout (to myself0 “Go God!”
when it rains & I celebrate with the trees and the earth – it means it’s springtime! Time to wake up, and come out to play!
I don’t use an umbrella on purpose – I splash in the puddles instead. (and I get a free car wash too!)
I agree with training your mind to be quite. When I proy with my heart in a repeative way there is such a sence of feeling that is brought to you. I would love to share God with everyone. Sometimes I do not always receive my answers but I know that the Great He has heard me. That means God said no to me for now but maby later on. It takea alot of concertration mind over body.
What lovely imagery, Believer! I, too, am a Virgo with lots of earth in my chart and I ADORE the beach (ALL water, actually!). Your description has given me the impetus to try this! Thanks so much for sharing!
know i am very peaceful mind, possitive gradully incress,u say i new burn like i also feel same thingh, thank u,
Wow.. meditation is so wonderful especially when you light a white, blue and green candel. The warmth was so deep it helped me to visualize my career as a successful charismatic talented beautful singer making much money with the power to heal. Is that not deep?

Hello Dear Friend,
It is such a divine place, the name of this special place was actually the name I was told from my guide.
This place is a place where everyone has the opportunity to go to be healed.
I will write an article on the events surrounding this place “Living Waters” it should get posted soon,
Blessings,
Jacqueline x9472
Hi Miss Krystal,
When the 4-H Club makes the first page of the paper…..You know you live in a small town. It’s great for me because it is so clean and quiet, it’s easy to trance out. I have been to California, love any place by the water. Just a little bit too crazy-busy for me though. I’ll stick with Neptune and the Mississippi. Ha!
Lorna
Dear VBB/Believer,
That’s just my Mercury in Scorpio having fun. Happy to have inspired you. It seemed really easy after naming 300 cats! :~D
Lorna
Lorna,
You are too funny.
You are hilarious and you know what…I truly am a Virgo Beach Babe straight from southern California (been here all of my life) you couldn’t have said it any better….maybe I should change my sign in name to that instead of Believer…it sure suits me!!! Thanks for the idea
Lorna, I am busting up lol
My mom is from a small town in Ill.
just outside of Urbana….I hear ya lol
but then, she complains a lot about california..go figure
Miss Krystal
Hi Jacqueline,
Wow! The place you mentioned “Living Waters” sounds divine. I want to go! Thanks for sharing that. Do you think that all souls go there to get healed once they have crossed over or just a chosen few? Also, how did you know the name was Living Waters…did someone tell you or did you just know? This may be a loaded question but…what else did you see when you “crossed over”…just curious, I’m fascinated by the subject. If that is too personal don’t bother answering…I will understand.
Believer
Miss Krystal,
I live in a town of 1700 people, sometimes I really need to get out of here!
Lorna
Dear Virgo Beach Babe,
Yes, you should try it. When you get to Jupiter, make a sharp left. You’ll run into some benevolent beings ….. :~D
Enjoy!
Lorna
Hi, Karmystic,
Several readers at CP have extolled the virtues of meditation…thanks for writing more on it! I have found that it does wonders when I can actually do it.
I will have to try some of the visualization techniques others have described. Unfortunately for me, it is difficult to be left alone long enough to get my mind clear. Maybe imagining a much more tranquil place will get me there a little sooner so that I can benefit from what time I do have.
What is the hypnotherapy method that you are talking about, Gina Rose? I’ve heard of people using self-hypnosis, too, but I don’t know much about any of it. I’d love to try it, though!!!
Cheers,
Lise
Hello Karmystic,
I use in between my readings to cleanse, recharge and reconnect what I call a meditation walks. I clear my mind by allowing myself to get into all the senses of nature as I walk. Feeling the sun, smelling the flowers, immerse into the green grass, trees and all the woderful creatures that I see along my walks. This also gets the blood flowing and connects body, mind & spirit
Many Blessings,
~Abigail~
Hello Karmystic,
Great Article a subject I have a great passion for, Meditation is such a great tool for getting clear, receiving answer’s to some life Choices…
Hi Believer, When I crossed over I had the opportunity to visit a place called “Living Waters” it was a place to receive healing from the struggles and hardships that was experienced from this life, it was a lake filled with water falls, exotic plants and it was within the waters that the healing occurred, a cleansing, purification from all the worries, absolutely gone, everything perfect.
Water does have the properties, physical and nonphysical to create a total healing….
Blessings,
Jacqueline x9472
Hi all,
yes meditation is extemely important for one’s health and well being.
Images that relax you like ocean, or sandy beach are good possibilities. I also find that some find it easier to picture a blank screen, and let thoughts that intrude at the beginning just go in and out without getting into them, until the brain waves slow down. I guess it’s very individual. I use differnet ways depending on my mood.
wow…that sounds amazing….
galaxy travel-

Hi Lorna,
Thanks for commenting…no I’m not a water sign, I’m a VIRGO with alot of Leo & earth in my chart. But I love the beach and seashells. Hey your method of meditating sounds pretty interesting…I’ll give it a try…it sounds fun to go up into the galaxy
Greetings Believer!
Just reading your short description invoked the most beautiful imagery. I could smell the salt water! Incredible, I have to try it. Are you a water sign?
I go straight up. I float past planets, through stardust and around the rings of Saturn. It is breathtaking and peaceful.
I am not surprised to find this article today. I always felt a calm spirit in you-
I could tell you were very understanding. Now I see why…Thank you.
Miss Krystal
Hi Believer,
That’s pretty cool !…..have to try that one out myself !!!!!! Gina like!

What a great posting Karmystic – thank you. As we all know meditating is so important but no easy task. I have found a way that works for me so I thought I’d share it. I imagine swimming down to the bottom of the ocean(a shallow light part of the ocean). I sit with my legs crossed and nestle myself in the sand. As I sit I feel my hair sway in the current, I feel the cool ocean water on my skin and I even feel myself breathing the sea water in and out of my nose and lungs. While I sit and watch all of the fish swim by I relax and get lost in just being in the moment.
Well …hi there Karmystic!!!!
Yes….MEDITATION is KEY…..to achieving peace and calm within….
..and for opening up one’s intuition or “third eye”….meditation is CRITICAL.
I like that hypnotherapy method myself…..but I’m only speaking for me.
Great article….
