That would be great would love to co-write an article on the sweat lodge, It is an honor of mine to be able to participate in them, a grandmother and myself are putting one up now with the main intention of it being a all woman’s lodge I know at times it will be mixed no one will be turned away.

Yes I have done my 4 years Sundancing. I have pierced in my chest and on my back. One of the more beautiful and healing experiences I have had was the power of Sundance and Sweat lodge when done with respect and purity and loving intentions. I have got to be careful of how much information I can share about the Sundance. It is the most sacred ceremony and the elders really frown upon it being recorded in any fashion. I will definately share what I can. I run my own Sweat lodges. I was shown by my father who taught me how to build and run a Sweat lodge and passed on his songs. My indian name is Buffalo Head- The one to see where to go. Do you have an indian name?
Sundancing is one of the biggest commitments I have made in my life but it also one of the things that has given me the most in my life. Hi Fran, to be honest I dont get out of bed until after noon on a regular basis. One of my regular priorities as a psychic is to be well rested well fed and well loved. As far as doing that in the morning, well we can do it anytime as long as we are following our heart and doing it with loving intention. As a Sun Dancer we will get up and meet the sun and welcome in the new day and all of the goodness that it has for us. Fran have a great day and may the force be with you.

Hi….just one more thing….you don’t need a white ROSE….any white flower will do…..and actually this spell/prayer has more energy if you use your own favorite flower, or flower that has special meaning to you or the person you are saying this spell/prayer for,.. no matter what color.

The best time to perform this glamour/beauty Wiccan spell/prayer is during the Full Moon, although, you can also do it on a Friday during the Waxing Moon.
Ingredients/Tools:
-Bowl of spring water
-herbs for beauty, such as lavender and catnip,
-a white rose that has been separated from the stem, -mirror.
A ritual bath or purification ritual is recommended before performing this spell to sort-of ‘clean the slate’ and allow magick to start anew.
Cast the circle and become calm and centered. Sit or stand facing the West. Pour the spring water into the bowl and hold it up to the Western corner.
Say:
I hail to the West and the forces of Water.
Hear and aid me in this magick tonight.
Grant me your beauty,
Shape and form this face and body
and let me radiate with self-love.
With harm towards none,
and for the free will of all, So mote it be.

Hi Miss Krystal. We are doing fine thank-you for asking we hope all is well with you. A little something I would like to share with you and anybody else that reads this. It comes from my culture and its teachings, it can really help us to draw clean positive energy into our lives on a regular basis. What we do is we call all of the Grandfathers\ Angels. From the East, from the South, from the West, from the North and to complete the circle we call upon Mother Earth and Father Sky. When we call on each one of them we use the intention of our heart and ask them to come be with us, come hear our prayers. After we are done with our prayers we would thank them and give an offering of tobacco, maybe some food. There is a reasoning why they are called in that order. But that would be a whole 5 page article in itself. We refer to them as the four winds and the four directions. In my culture we have a colored flags; blue,red,white and yellow. They represent all of humanity and equality. This can bring a lot of balanced and positive energy to you. A couple suggestions you can also try are; do this ritual when the sun rises in the morning. It can really set a solid foundation for your day. or for Psychics try doing it before you start reading for the day, it can bring a lot of extra energy for you and help ground you.
