I liked ToniWal’s statement regarding Self Esteem – Excellent
Too many people are self conscious and have no Self worth, agree with anybody and anything, just to feel accepted, afraid to voice their true thoughts because they want to be liked, even though they do not agree with their opinions.
I have no respect for them.

I disagree with those who think “it should be earned!” Se;f esteem comes from the inside.
When you look deeply into your inner soul, and measure all of the GOOD THINGS that you have done in your life, you will find that you have a RIGHT to Respect, a RIGHT to self-protection, a RIGHT to love, a RIGHT to Civility, and a RIGHT to your own opinions, as well as a RIGHT to express yourself, a right to be angry, a right to forgive, and a right to be fat or thin! If you ACCEPT that you have those rights, then you will have the self-esteem that you so desperately seek!

good work alot of people suffer from self esteem iissues.
