As simple as it sounds, the way to hone your psychic abilities is to simply begin TRUSTING yourself, your intuition, and listening to that little voice in the back of your head. Start learning about the unique way that YOU receive your messages. For me, I feel a scenario like one would witness a scene in a movie — sensing the emotions that each person feels in the scene. For others, they may get a prickly feeling on the back of their neck, or they may feel a little rush of air.
There is no wrong or right way to receive messages, everyone is different. Recognition is actually the first, and most important part of honing your psychic abilities. Once you learn how to recognize your messages, only then can you begin learning how to interpret them. Once you learn how you receive your signs, interpretation only takes practice. If you get a feeling about one of your friends, tell them! Trust me, they’re going to LOVE that you’re practicing your psychic abilities on them!

I agree with trusting your intuition. I need to trust myself more often. I am one who sense vibration through my body. My question , is why I dont trust myself? Any help on this?
oh,i find it very thru,the trust in yourself,trusting your intuition,i used to be part of a loge and after a coven,we played,exersized o lot and under some stress i could accomplish a lot,in my private life i used it as often i could or when i had to see.and the truth appeared for me,through walls,finding objects,everything started with the intuition and the click that said strongly;yes,thats it,very certain,but if something was not quit good with me, i started to doubt because a feeling blocked me,martinexxx

I am still in the process of honing, but I do know from experience that trusting my intuition has always been a good move for me. I quickly regretted the few times I’ve disregarded it.

Trust is the biggest thing in being psychic it is the first, you will find that the more you trust the more information will flow in.
I have found it is so much fun to get together with friends and read for each other, it can be a blast how far it can go, also it is helpful to go look at past lives together.
