It’s axiomatic that sriiptuality is a real balm or balsam for our specrit or soul.The Greeks told us many, many years ago: “mens sana in corpore sano” i.e. a sound mind in a sound body. For our happiness we need a healthy body and a heallty spirit. We need the so called emotional balance or equilibrium.If you are a religious person, I should recommend to join your parish to share your life and hobbies with other parish friends.On the contrary, you could look for a club or association where you could make friends with other partakers.A good thing would also be reading of spiritual literature, especially, books written by Erich Fromm.
I have known Angel since the early 90′s. She is very serious about her work and extremely patient with her clients. When Through the years, when I have seen her, it’s easy talk to her about anything, nothing surprises her. We had a drawing, a while back, for a prize, and I was sitting with Angel and Joy (Joy is our witness)-right before they drew for the prize, Angel said, “You will win Miss Krystal watch”-I did not even have a chance to blink, and they announced that I won…Joy was there…That’s pretty cool lol
I promised her I would tell the story. She deserves the credit. She and I have had some amazing talks about “Ghosts and visitors”– and when I have experienced anything “Sci fi like- channeling experiences” I will tell Angel, and she knows exactly what I am talking about. CP is lucky to have her.
