Yes, I have let go, it is true it has had an effect on my children. I was born in 59. They are the ones that have nudged well lets say pushed me to finding myself more and within that I have found great inner peace and much happiness. I can feel changes within my frame of mind. I am usually a loner and a little insecure. But lately I feel powerful and in charge of my life. I thought it was just age, but now so much more of whats going makes sence.
