After the increasingly hair-raising ride we’ve been on since mid-March, it’s a relief to welcome in the calming and stabilizing influence of Taurus (as more planets join the Sun in that sign), and to adopt the more impersonal, humanitarian perspective of this Universal 9 Month.

A Universal 9 Month is an extremely favorable time to bring things to completion since it stands at the end of the 1 to 9 mathematical cycle. In the Tarot, 9 is the Hermit (IX) and the Moon (XVIII, or 18, and 1+8=9). The Hermit retreats to his cave to gain wisdom by contemplating his experiences of 1 through 8; the Moon card is about completing karma and integrating all experience, good and bad, from past, present and future lives.

It’s not surprising, then, that the 9 vibration is the only one which is basically compatible with all the other numbers, including Master Numbers 11 and 22. Kate Middleton’s Fairy Tale Astrology

How Duchess Catherine Became Our Fairy Tale Prince’s Bride

There’s no magical, exciting love story without Venus; no great passion or great romantic love—so how did the Great Goddess show up at the wedding of Prince William in Her human expression as his gorgeous bride Catherine?

We know that modern Western astrologers have seen that this couple are somewhat rare “eclipse babies” sharing their Cancer moon in addition to having harmonious communication and sexual attraction planets. But how did the bride’s natal Venus bring us the “fairy tale princess” we all seem to have been craving to see in our own lives and in the world? Catherine couldn’t possibly accomplish this without the Great Goddess Venus in cahoots. A limited modern view of Catherine’s Venus conjunct Mercury in Aquarius certainly couldn’t do the trick. It would be more of an indication of a flirty, clever, rather fickle bride, and it falls really short of this beautiful new duchess with a “Nancy Reagan” loving gaze toward her Prince William. With his moon and sun in Cancer, Prince William is the most emotional of the most emotional, his outer shell hiding deep sensitivities, much like his mother Diana. But with his Ascendant in Sagittarius, William wears the mask of the go-getter, the adventurer, and the shining knight. Meanwhile, Kate Middleton shares Prince William’s Cancer moon, but her sun in Capricorn lends her a much more practical, tenacious attitude; her Aries ascendant shows that she will stop at nothing to get what she wants.
