What is Your Purpose in Life?

Fay in Canada writes:

In my dream, a distraught mother brought her baby, who was very ill, into my place of work. I am not a nurse, but a lady who was a nurse took the baby into the other room. I stood outside with the other workers, who were also very upset. I wanted to ask the mother if I could do Reiki (a healing technique) on the baby, but she was too distraught to answer. She went into the room with the nurse, and they closed the door. Standing outside the room, I did Reiki on the baby from a distance – the mom had mentioned a bowel problem to the nurse, so I concentrated the Reiki on that area. In a while, the mom and baby came out, and the baby was much better. Still, I don’t know if the nurse had helped the baby or if it was the Reiki, or both.

“Dreams are our inner desires which we want to become realities. We are all entitled to have whatever dreams and desires we can imagine.” – Psychic Martisse ext. 5335

Hello Fay,

Dreams can happen on different levels, literally or symbolically, for instance. If the dream was a literal one, then you witnessed (and participated in) a healing that took place in another dimension. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if you did healing work while asleep, because you have Sun, Moon and the North Node in Cancer, the sign of nurturing. Your strongest instinct is to care for others. What’s more, a powerful conjunction involving Mars, Uranus and Pluto in Virgo, the sign of service and healing, gives you exceptional healing ability. You would just have to develop it, if you haven’t already (you didn’t say if you’re a Reiki practitioner in waking life). Read the rest of this entry »

What are You Holding On to Emotionally?

Carol in Joelton, Tennessee writes:

I had a dream four weeks ago that still upsets me. In my dream, I wake from a sound sleep to find that my ex-boyfriend has entered the house and is lying in bed alongside me. The instant I see his face, I know that I’m in deep trouble; his expression is very dark and sinister. I am terrified, but keep my cool. I think that maybe his mood and intent can be changed, so I start to talk to him about happy, everyday things, but he responds with one word answers or doesn’t respond at all. When it becomes obvious that he cannot be diverted from what he came to do, I accept my fate and ask him, “You’re going to kill me aren’t you?” To this he responds, “Yes,” and then swings himself up to where he is sitting straddled across my stomach and puts his hands around my neck and starts to strangle me. At this point, I wake up from the dream actually fighting and trying to push someone off of me. Can you please tell me what you think this dream means? It was a very real, disturbing dream.

Hello Carol,

I think you’re experiencing some emotional fallout from your past relationship. Being strangled likely means you’re suppressing an emotion, such as anger or resentment, that’s connected to your ex-boyfriend. Or maybe it’s the potential to love again that you’re suppressing for fear of being vulnerable. Need to know more about your dreams? Talk with Psychic Helega ext. 5171 who is also a dream analyst. DreamCast: Use Your Dreams to Guide Your Future

March 10, 2012 at 12:00 am
By Cortney Litwin

Millie in Kennesaw, Georgia writes:

I frequently used to experience what I wrote off as déjà vu. But I’ve recently come to realize that these déjà vu moments first appeared in my dreams. Before, I wasn’t remembering these moments as dreams, just that I had seen them happen before. As I have gotten older, the dreams have become more detailed and vivid. I believe this is why, when I am in a déjà vu moment, I can distinctly remember having dreamed it. The problem is, when I dream I can’t tell which ones will actually play out in my life.

Is there a way to make these dreams work for me instead of just watching when they play out? Is there some way I can use them to direct my steps? Want to know what’s ahead on your life path? Talk to Psychic Maryanne ext. 9146 who is also a dream analyst. Read the rest of this entry »

Literally Follow Your Dreams

This prophetic dream from Angela in Phoenix, Arizona inspired her to follow her intuition, which led to a high-paying job:

“I had an interesting dream in which I discovered a mailbox that I didn’t realize I had. It was full of lots of old mail, including a bunch of paperwork saying that my unemployment denial had been reversed. One of the envelopes had a sheet of about six or seven checks. The first check was already made out to me, and the rest were blank, as if I could just fill in whatever amount I wanted.

I’m not sure exactly what my subconscious was saying, but it felt like a good thing. Back in 2002, I won my appeal for unemployment, so the dream was illustrating a similar situation. Maybe there is a source of funds that I haven’t found yet, and when I do, I’ll be able to take however much I need. Or maybe it’s more symbolic. Either way, my subconscious was definitely working on something significant.” Want to know what your dreams mean? Talk to Psychic Kim ext. 5512 who is a dream analyst. Read the rest of this entry »

A Look at Your Marriage Through Your Dreams

Althea in Romford, England writes:

One night I dreamt that I couldn’t find my car – it wasn’t where I had parked it. So I tried to get into another car that was parked where my car was. I opened the door, but didn’t get in because I realized I didn’t want to.

The next night, I was driving what I thought was my car, but as I looked up I saw that my car was in front of me, with the bonnet (hood) up and jump leads attached to the battery. The car I was driving was behind my car, trying to push it.

I am an Aquarian, married to an Aquarian and having an emotional affair with a Leo.

Forgive Them and Yourself

Helene in Plantation, Florida writes:

While walking up a hill near my childhood church, I noticed my estranged brother walking down the hill, erratically throwing away bundles of money while agonizing over a pending eviction. I picked up the money and stuffed it in a paper bag to keep for his wife, who was driving up the hill.

Hello Helene,

Dreaming of money can reveal your attitude about prosperity, or it can symbolize something else that you value. Your dream offers some clues about what that might be… Read the rest of this entry »

DreamCast: Are Dreams Prophetic?

Do Your Dreams Predict the Future?

LaTechia in Lansing, Illinois writes:

Last year while I was pregnant, I had three dreams that my boyfriend was shot and killed. In one dream, I was with him and some of his friends and someone was shooting. He was struck and died in my arms. In the other two dreams, I called his house and asked for him. His friend informed me that he had been shot and killed.

I am terrified of these dreams, because I also had dreams about losing our daughter, which tragically came true – I went into labor four months early, and she was stillborn. I haven’t had any dreams about death since I was about four months pregnant, but the thought still bothers me a little. What could these dreams mean? I’m crying out for answers, please help! Sarah in Lompoc, California writes:

What does it mean when I have nightmares where I’m stuck in a coffin or tied down and I can’t breathe. Then a guy comes and cuts my throat, but only my throat. Can you tell me what this means?

Hello Sarah,

So typical of nightmares. The exaggerated scenarios are your psyche’s way of getting you to acknowledge an emotional issue that you’re ignoring or unaware of. Well, the dreams have certainly gotten your attention! Read the rest of this entry »
