How Crystals Can Enhance Your Energy

Common Calming Crystals

Obsidian, smooth and black, is one of natures calming and grounding and protective rocks. Carry them in your pocket to protect yourself from picking up negative energies when you are out and about. Rose quartz is a beautiful soft pink stone that helps open up your loving feelings, maternally, romantically and generally. Placing a piece of purple amethyst by your bedside will help to facilitate a good night’s sleep.   I often times put obsidian and kunzite, a striated blue stone, near my computer to protect from electromagnetic energies. I always wear a necklace of clear Brazilian quartz and moldevite to support my connection to my guides and angels.

Clearing negativity from our everyday encounters is essential to maintaining a healthy, balanced state of mind.
