Drawing Down the Sun

A prayer from Gina Rose ext. 9500

Helios, wondrous God of the Sun. You who greets dawn with beautiful reds, pinks and orange colors. You who rides the blue skies traveling East to West glowing as bright as a golden flame and controls our bountiful harvests. You who controls intellect, healing, protection, strength, music, poetry, prophecy and success. On this day in this hour I call upon Helio’s power. Merge within me light into light. Woman and God glowing warm and bright. Healing, power and strength pour down from thee. Protect me from any harm and negativity.

As I will it, so must it be.

Blessed Be )O(…Gina Rose ext.9500

    Dear Gina Rose,
I’m writing to you here because I wanted to thank you for our talk last night, and I also wanted to update you on what has gone on since then.
I just got off the phone with Phillip, and he’s proud of me for “taking my power back.” Oh, boy, where do I begin? I spoke with you know who this morning because I wanted to discuss why, after weeks of telling me how much he missed me and couldn’t wait to see me, he pulled back yet again. He started in with his fears (aka “being caught”) and other rhetoric. He said that if he seems insensitive on the outside, that’s not how he’s feeling on the inside. But when I asked what he was feeling, he wouldn’t elaborate. I told him I would make it easy on him and get out of his life. That left him speechless. As a matter of fact, I told him that about 4 different times, and each time he didn’t know what to say!
When I’d had enough of the same old you know what, I told him that he’d miss me, and that I had to go and I hung up.
Phillip said that this is exactly what I needed to do to speed things up. That this in fact was a very good thing, and it’s going to have him in a panic.
You know how I feel about him, but I just couldn’t allow him to make me feel crappy anymore. Especially after sharing such a lovely time together just the day before.
I just wanted to share this with you, because it will probably be a few weeks before I can call you. I hope you don’t mind. And I hope I did the right thing.
    Love and Hugs and Kisses,
Oh what the heck — just sign me….
    Wonderwoman! (LOL!)

    Hi Fran,
(( )) Well, hugs right back to you!
Wow, we really share such a similiar experience in our marriages…
It’s kind of comforting to know that I’m not the onely woman that has felt that way. In my situation, it was a good thing for me to leave..that’s when I really started my journey of self discovery.
I’m here if you need to “talk”.
    Love and prayers,
    ST
    Hey, a 1 and a 3 is tiny too!

  5. Fran July 22, 2009 at 7:13 pm

    Dear ST,
Thank you…I value your friendship too.
I don’t “blame” my husband for anything. He’s been such a good person. It’s just that I’ve realized that even though he might be someone else’s idea of a great catch, that isn’t necessarily what’s best for me. You would like him. Everyone would like him. I like him. I just know that it’s time for our “contract” to come to an end. I just need to figure out the “how, where and when” of it.
OMG!! Size 0???? My girls (who are in their teens) are between a 1 and a 3. I would be happy to be back in a 16!!! Hahaha! God bless them!
    “Talk” to you later…
    ((Fran))
(()) — Those are my “hugs”

  6. Sea Turtle July 22, 2009 at 6:02 pm

    Fran,
I really, really have been where you are. Well, now you do have a friend (me) as well as other friends on this blog to talk to…
I do care and am sorry you’re hurting.
Your sense of humor will be a good thing in providing some “comic relief” to all of the pain and frustration.
You’ll get where ever it is that you need to go…and with your intellect, talents, and humor…you’ll find a way to make your own money!
    I know you will.
    Love and hugs,
    ST

    Hi Fran!
I was away for a few days helping my daughter and new son in law move into their new home…
I’m so glad that my email helped in a small way…yes, I can relate to what you’re going through…
That feeling of “dying”…I’m not saying that the way that I felt was my ex-husband’s “fault”…just that I did NOT thrive when I was with him..for what ever reasons.
I don’t regret leaving him…I do miss the financial “ease”…but since I’ve been on my own, I feel as if I’ve “found” who I am and am discovering the gifts that God has given me and that I am becoming who it is that I’m supposed to be…WHEW!!! LOL! A MOUTHFUL!!!
I also value your friendship, and Gina Rose, And Miss Krystal and all of the other AWESOME women on here (Phillip too)…
I was reading an article-may have been on CP the other day-which was awesome-it talked about the fact that NO OTHER person can “MAKE US HAPPY” and that we can NOT make anyone else happy either.
That we need to work on ourselves and find our own peace and contentment…I think as we do that the other stuff just follows…
I know these concepts and easier said than done…but I’m trying…
Whatever path you choose Fran, I KNOW it will be okay…even when we make mistakes…I think God knows the intetntions of our hearts…and somehow things work out…
    I hope you’re feeling better…
Man, I’m starving after being with my daughter for a few days..she’s a size 0…both of my girls are! Now I know why…she NEVER eats! LOL :)
No chance of that happening to me…
    BIG HUG,
    ST

Hahaha! My mother has always told me that lemons make you skinny!!
It’s funny, because I ALWAYS drink my water with lemon wedges in it. (I should be a STICK by now…you think???)
Today is day THREE of my new way of eating (I hate to use the word “diet” . . . it gives me the willies), and so far, I’m doing surprisingly well. I’ve been keeping busy, and I haven’t given much thought to the foods I usually crave.
BUT…my friend (aka “drinking buddy”) is coming over again tonight (poor dear, she’s soooo sad, I need to have her call you again), and I’m afraid I might cave in. Although, last night I was at her place and all I did have was…LEMON WATER!!! (Yeah!)
I WILL be thinking of you this evening…wish you could join us.
    BIG HUGS,
    Fran

    Hi Jacqueline…..
Your Native name , Path Finder, fits you well…..and your chosen path.
In Wicca…..we have ceremonies, when we get together in a circle and sing….
It is very similiar to what you described….. the more I learn about your ways, the more I’m amazed at just HOW similiar both beliefs are.

One more additional note…. We use and love the Drum, rattles and the flute, we honor them, the hides, the wood that was used to create them, we view them as living beings, that they sacrificed there life or part of themselves for us.
The tones, drumming is a connected we can have with mother earth, we become one with the heart beat of her.
Do you, your beliefs have this similar connection?
    Blessings and “BIG” Hugs!

    Hi Fran,
Anna Nicole Smith lost weight by drinking lots of water with lemon in it ……
You think , fran,if you & I both drink enough lemon-water we will end up looking like her ???????
I don’t know about the lemon drops though……LOL

    Gina Rose,
Just a quick “thank you.” You always have a way of making me “see” things more sensibly.
Hey! I know I started my diet yesterday, but do you think having a Lemon Drop will ruin it? Aren’t lemons supposed to be GOOD for you when you diet? Especially if you squeeze them into a beverage? Okay, I know, I know…I’m pushing it!!! Ha! But I think I just might have one anyway!!!
    Love & Hugs,
    Fran

Just an update — I’m not feeling down. I’ve gotten myself back in a great mood. So three cheers for me!!! LOL! LOL!
We should all try to be more positive. It really does help, and it makes you appreciate everything you DO have, instead of focusing on what you don’t have.
Now, if I can just stay away from the piece of chocolate that’s been calling my name all day…

Jacqueline x9472 in reply to Gina Rose ext.9500….
So interesting the two beliefs are so closely connected,
As Native American we keep our prayer and use the positive direction of energy, we enter our circle and exit the circle in the clock wise direction, But I do see the reasoning as well as the since of departing the circle in the widdershin direction.
I agree with you we never command as you we always invite, we are part of them as they are us, we are apart of all things.
As humans we need to become more connected so they (the elements, our animal helpers, plant kingdom) recognize and know our intent, through this, it is important to become one with all things, this is why using more organic foods, growing our own, using herbs…..Listening to the messages that the wind is sending it important….
    Blessings and Big Hugs,
    Jacqueline x9472

    Dear ST,
In a nutshell, you said something that is exactly how I feel. You said that you felt like you were dying when you were with your ex. Amazingly, you put all of my thoughts and feelings into a simple phrase. I feel like I’m dying.
I really don’t have anyone whose shoulder I can cry on. Like I said earlier, I have one close friend here, but she’s so caught up in her own drama (GOD, I hate that word), that she can’t really concentrate on me. I have several close friends who live back east, but when I talk to them, all they tell me is to get “counseling.” Well, you know what? I DON’T want counseling. I want to get the hell out of here! But I feel like right now I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I am financially dependent on my husband, and until I can get a handle on that, I just don’t know what I’m gonna do.
People would think I was nuts, too, to leave him. He “nice,” “kind,” a good father, but I feel like I’m DROWNING!!! It’s been 22 years of drowning.
We have three wonderful kids (aren’t they all?). I wouldn’t trade them for the world. I honestly believe that I HAD to marry my husband to get me to where I am today, with the people who are in my life right now. It’s funny, but I spoke to Jesse x9027 (who is WONDERFUL, by the way), and she said that “one had to lead you to the other.”
I’m sorry, I don’t mean to go on and on about my “baggage.” I guess I just needed to vent a little this morning.
I’m so glad I’ve got my friends here on this blog. You’re all so fabulous, and I thank each and every one of you for sharing and caring.
    Love & Hugs,
    Fran

    Gina Rose,
Hmmm…a clairaudiant experience…well, then, I have had quite a few of those! Just not “on purpose”…and sometimes I “see things”…
A few years ago, I “heard a voice” tell me to get life insurance on a person I had a financial legal arrangement with. I did-he cooperated-and then around one week after I “heard” a voice say this person was going to die…so I went into a kind of warfare prayer for this person…25 hours later I got a call that this person had a heart attack at only 50-I went to him-he LIVED thankfully-that was around 6 years ago.
Still have the policy-he still owes me money-but he naturally became uninsurable-and my interest is protected-not sure why I got it now as he is fine…but what an experience showing me “there was another realm”…
Interesting…I’m remembering so many things that I’ve “tucked away”…

  20. Sea Turtle July 19, 2009 at 10:14 am

    Morning Gina Rose,
What you are saying is resonating as truth in my spirit and makes a lot of sense to me.
I like your analogy of the cars…we all drive different cars but can get to the same destination.
I’ve always had a difficult time beleiveing that ALL who lived before Jesus walked the earth and ALL who were born into different cultures and taught a different “name” to access the spirit of God were doomed to eternal hell…even as I write this I feel a little bit guilty as if I’m betraying Jesus for thinking it… :( I do love the Lord.
In my prayer time I brought this issue before the Lord and asked him for guidance to the truth. And, what you’re sharing with me is coming through as such a gentle and loving way of life…what a surprise the Wiccan ways are to me! I wish I was closer to you and could go to a “service”…not sure what it’s called…? I trust you.
I think perhpas that this is taught out of fear and control…and since organized religion is also a business, that can sometimes be part of it.(what I mean is that there is only one way to access God)
Okay, so far as possessions, I have seen some odd things and even in a few instances “thought I saw a spirit looking at me though a person”…can this happen according to what you know? I was not afraid as I felt that the spirit of God in me was stronger…
Once, I met a young girl..only around 3 yrs.-she was a friend of my brothers and this was her niece…I had heard that she was “fresh”…well she came to my home and I tell you there was something VERY strange about this little girl…she had a little girls body…but I felt as if an old, mean, nasty woman was looking at me. I even refused to make eye contact with “her”..I thought the “old spirit” knew I could see “it” and was challenging me…”I wouldn’t go there”..wouldn’t know what to do anyway..or IF I should “do anything”. I did say a prayer for the little girl and that was that.
And, if it is there…what would you do as a WIccan elder? Would you pray for that person?
I hope I’m not asking to many questions Gina Rose…and I’m aware that some of my experiences have been odd…BUT they are what they are and I’m often afraid to ask questions as they have been so strange.
This seems to be a “safe” venue for asking and for learning in a non-judgemental atmosphere.
    Thank you.
    ST

    Good morning!
I’ve finally got an appointment with you for Monday. I want to know about MY duck, too, and if HE’s still “paddling” his little feet off!!! LOL!!!!
Gosh, it’s been so very hot here. Hope you’re keeping cool in your neck of the woods.
    Lots of hugs…

  22. Gina Rose ext.9500 July 19, 2009 at 7:01 am

    Hi Sea Turtle,
Yes, I believe evil exists, but I believe it is man-made.
You had a clairaudiant experience…..you heard something ,psychically, before it happened…psychics have these experiences all the time.
And yes….My Guides said in the last reading ” J ” is ” paddling “.
    Blessed Be )O(…Gina Rose ext.9500
PS….Religion, or Spirituality has nothing whatsoever to do with psychic ability though…..
When I do a reading, spirituality does not interfere, or is not even mentioned unless the client wishes to discuss their spirituality.

  23. Gina Rose ext.9500 July 19, 2009 at 6:56 am

    Hi Sea Turtle,
The Wiccan Law of ThreeFold is also referred to, or known as The Universal Law of Karma…..where, in Wicca, everything you do, good and bad, comes back to you three-fold…some believe ten fold. ” Evil ” to us is negative energy.
Religion, or spiritual pathways are only the ” vehicle ” to the source. Some people drive cadillacs, some jeeps, some volkswagon bugs to arrive at their destination…..get it?
Scroll down and read the Law of ThreeFold….
Do I believe in possession (?)…..yes and no….I’ve learned, from reading for Psychiatrists, that many people supposedly ” possessed ” are suffering mentally.
I’ve done much research towards the scientific end of the psychic field and paranormal field. 90% of the time there is a rational, scientific explanation for things that occur.
    Blessed Be )O(…Gina Rose ext.9500

  24. Sea Turtle July 19, 2009 at 6:42 am

Okay…then…positive and negative energy. Yes, I beleive that.
In Wiccan belief, where does the negative energy originate from?
I would assume the positive enrgy originates from God?
    ST

  25. Sea Turtle July 18, 2009 at 7:00 pm

Do you think he is paddling and thinking and planning…?
    Hope so!

  26. Sea Turtle July 18, 2009 at 6:57 pm

    Gina Rose,
One more question…do you beleive “evil” exists? Do you believe in “possessions”?
Once when I was praying for someone at church..I “heard” the Lord say…”open your eyes”..(I was praying with my eyes closed)…and he (the Lord) said…”murdering spirit”…I opened my eyes and thought I was losing my mind…
Well, the next night, the person that I had been praying for was on the news for “attempted murder” stabbed someone several times…it really blew my mind…
What do you think that was? How would I have known that?
    Thanks for your input.
    ST

  27. Sea Turtle July 18, 2009 at 6:50 pm

    Dear Gina Rose,
Thank you for your patience and understanding of some of the questions that I have been asking…In a way, I felt silly asking…but I didn’t want there to be any doubt in my mind that would obstruct me from being open… so far I’m really impressed with what I’m learning.
In many ways, what you are teaching really speaks to my spirit and is actually more in keeping with some of my internal beliefs.
I have always had an affinity for more natural ways of doing things, I actually was a lay midwife…most of my clients experienced very little pain through prayer and natural techniques…and even much of what I was taught when I was certified as a childbirth educator didn’t make sense to me..so I taught more natural techniques and what felt right to me…years later the “specialists” and “books” started teaching what I’d already been teaching for years..kind of strange..but very often I can sense the truth of a topic and go against the grain of popular belief…
Maybe knowledge from a previous life would explain some of these things in my life.
I can tell you, I have often frustrated those in my family with my “different thinking”…and yet I’m not a total non-comformist…it’s just that the times where something speaks against what my spirit is telling me…I have learned to trust that inner voice.
I KNOW there is so much that I do NOT know…and have been on a life long quest to learn more about the spiritual side of things.
I do beleive that when we “sin” or do something wrong or do something unkind…whatever terminloogy one would choose to use…that it does come back to us. That’s why I STRIVE to do right, not to lie (even a “white lie”)…I have fallen short many times and probably will again…but I am STRIVING to live a life of integrity.
I can tell you that everything that I THOUGHT was wicca—seems to be mis-information.
Thaks again for sharing with me and all of us on this blog…
There can ONLY be ONE God…but it is possible that we find different ways to access…do you think that is true?
    Blessings to you too.
    ST

    Also….. Sea Turtle,
Jacqueline and I got started down the path of sharing our respective beliefs and cereminies….which are almost identical. Amazingly similiar.
I’m not trying to convert anybody….I’ve studied many different spiritual paths and can find beauty and truth in almost all of them. I have friends of many different backgrounds and beliefs…variety is the spice of life !
Choose a path that speaks to you .
Wiccans were prohibted from practicing their ceremonies..much the way Native American Indians were prohibted from doing certain dances…the Native American Indian Ghost dance is one that comes to mind.
Ask Jacqueline the history on that……I’m sure she can tell you about the Ghost dance.

    Gina Rose ext.9500 July 18, 2009 at 12:31 pm

    Hi Sea Turtle,
I’m glad you asked that question….
That’s a myth too…..it’s a vicious myth started centuries ago…..myths that have arisen out of fear, ignorance and greed….over centuries.
It is true…wiccan midwives, birthing wives and herbalists, were burned at the stake by doctors in the late 1700′s and early 1800′s.
There are ” cults ” that practice black magick, they are the idiots using the inverted pentagram… …but that’s not real WICCA.
***An upside down pentagram is the same as an inverted crucifix…..both are a bad, negative use of energy.***
ANY religion or spiritual path can be used in a negative way…..just watch the TV news for examples of that.
In REAL Wicca, the “man in the red suit” does NOT even exist. There is only positive and negative energy.
The Law of ThreeFold is REAL Wicca….or SPIRITUAL, UNIVERSAL,Law of Karma….whatsoever you do, good or bad, comes back to you ten times over.
Wiccan Elders frown on, severely, casting a spell/or saying a prayer with harmful intent.
    Glad you asked that question.
    Blessed Be )O(…Gina Rose ext.9500

    Hi Fran,
I’m sorry…I think I do understand as that was my life for a long time…
I was married to a professional man…he made a lot of money…we had one of the most beautiful homes in the area…two beautiful children…could buy anything I wanted, travel anywhere, BUT I was just not happy with him…
I felt like I was dying when I was with him.
Married to him for over twenty years…
I left him..my Mom didn’t talk to me for over one year..EVERYONE thought I was nuts.
But, I felt that I was being untrue to myself…like if I stayed just because of the money…that I was prostituting myself…
And, so…here I am on my island. A new life…I’ve done well…and I’ve had lots of financial struggles lately. Especially the last 18 months as my business is real estate.
In many ways I’m happier and mote peaceful than ever…I just pray that business picks up.
BUT, I AM FREE…and at peace.
Although my ex is highly educated..I feel as if he is very “unevolved”…would not ever go back to him…
I’ll pray for peace and guidance for you.
    Love & prayers,

    Hi ST,
Gina Rose said that sometimes things aren’t always as they APPEAR to be. It’s like a duck on a pond. On the surface, the water seems calm and smooth, but beneath the surface, the duck is paddling his little feet a mile a minute and the water is swirling about like crazy.
I guess that’s my life in a nutshell. Seems great, but…

    Hi Sea Turtle….
What you see on the surface may not always be what is actually going on beneath the surface…..
Like a duck on water….looks so serene, just floating there ON THE SURFACE….but underneath the water, his little feet are poaddling a mile a minute.!!!!!
Just like your ” D “…just because you can’t see anything now….doesn’t mean he isn’t thinking about you and is planning to act on it.

  36. Gina Rose ext.9500 July 18, 2009 at 9:07 am

    Hi Jacqueline,
Here is the way we do it….VERY VERY similiar to Native American Indian spirituality…..
Forming your sacred circle or space & calling the elements or ” four quarters”
Here is an example of how , in Wicca, may invite the Elements:
First form your protective circle …
    ( moving clockwise direction)…your sacred space…..
Powers of Air, I call to you and invite you to join us in this rite, to share your qualities with us; In Love and Truth, we bid you Hail and Welcome!
Powers of Fire, I call to you and invite you to join us in this rite, to share your qualities with us; In Love and Truth, we bid you Hail and Welcome!
Powers of Water, I call to you and invite you to join us in this rite, to share your qualities with us; In Love and Truth, we bid you Hail and Welcome!
Powers of Earth, I call to you and invite you to join us in this rite, to share your qualities with us; In Love and Truth, we bid you Hail and Welcome!
When you have finished your rite you say farewell to the elements, starting in the North with Earth and moving ” widdershins ” (anticlockwise) to Air in the East.
You can then say your prayers/cast your spells….always enter the circle with positive energy…with good intent…..pure of heart, mind, & body, & SPIRIT OF INTENT.
This is done before opening the circle, as the closing of a rite is done in REVERSE order from the opening.
Banishing energies and departures are usually performed in a widdershins direction. (anti-clockwise)
This is just one way you can do this…
you do never command the four elements….you INVITE them to join you.
I,personally, use white candles to mark the four corners….unless it is a Wiccan Sabbat or holiday, then I use corresponding colored candles for that particular holiday.

I love the connection, the Wicca and Native American ways are so closely intertwined….
As Native American we connect with the plants, animals, stones, water, wind, fire, they are our teachers, we listen to what they have to share with us, if you have a problem or come to a point where you are faced with choices, decisions in ones life sometimes it is a good to just go sit under the Grandmother Tree and listen to what she has to say, become connected, realize we are one, we come from the same creator….
I love your Wicca Name RavenBear very appropriate…
Big Big HUGS Back, Blessings Sweet Sister!

    Gina Rose,
Yes, thanks for using this bold to clarify and teach a bit oabout WICCA.
One more question that I feel awkward about asking…I think I know the truth..but would feel b etter clarifying…
I’ve been told that wicca prays to the guy in the red suit and pitch fork? I don’t think that’s true…
Please don’t be upset with me for asking…

    Hi Fran,
Yes , but only to bring them happiness by overcoming their fear…..you cannot , for example, do this to bend their will so they will be by your side.
But , yes, you can send to them, the courage and strength to overcome their fears.
    Good question, Fran.
    How was the concert ????

    Drawing Down the Moon
Stand facing the Moon in the Chalice position – feet firmly planted, standing tall, arms forming a “bowl” overhead.
Clap your hands once above your head, to clear the space and focus your concentration.
Then feel or visualise the Moon’s Light streaming into your Chalice bowl until it is brimming with brilliant pure-white Light.
Slowly lower your arms, allowing the Light to pour into your body and energy field, flowing through your entire being – body, mind, and spirit. Experience this with every sense that you can employ, especially visuals and sensory feelings.
Do this 3 times, or as often as you like.
After, you may kiss your hands in Her honour, if you like. Or Namaste to the Moon. Or in some way demonstrate thanks and honouring.

    Drawing Down The Moon
…is best done with the Full Moon, but can be done with any amount of Her Light.
Unless you want the specific Energy of a Moon phase to fill you, be clear with your intention to draw in the Eternal Divine Light only.
In other words, the Waning Moon is a time of letting go, cleansing, and releasing. If you are wanting to invoke this energy, be aware of that as you draw down the Waning Moon.
But if you want to invoke the pure Divine Light, set that as your intention. It’s easiest to do this with a Full Moon, but with a clear intention you can invoke pure Divine Essence at any phase of the Moon.

    Gina Rose,
Such a lovely spell/prayer. I always call upon Spirit to give me strength and courage…I think it’s imperative to ask for help from above when you feel like it’s hard to keep positive or keep your faith or trust strong. So this spell is really a bonus!!
Question *** Can we recite this Prayer for the Warrior Soul for “another” soul, rather than for ourselves? If you know that someone is holding back because of fear, would it be appropriate to pray for them to find the courage they need to overcome that fear?
Thank you and blessings to you!
    xo,
    Fran

    I understand…..
Wicca has always had a bad name, especially in the USA, because of all of the goofy ” cults” and people using the occult underneath the disguise of praticing WitchCraft.
That’s why i started posting the truth about Wicca…..the REAL Wicca..in an effort to DE-MYSTIFY it. Wicca is a gentle, loving form of spirituality…not ” black magick ” like on TV & in the movies.
I encourage any questions on Wicca,

What a Beautiful Wiccan prayer/spell I love I made a copy to memorize and use, Thank you Dear Sister.
As you mentioned earlier that you also call upon the 4 elements, we also believe in the energy of the colors some use 4 and some use 7 colors depending on the tribe or clan, when we pray we call upon the elements, the colors
    Morning Prayer….
East, color Yellow the eagle the sun, Fire.
South, the color Red, 4 legged s,Water.
West, the Bear,(the first medicine man) color Black, Mother Earth.
North, Color White, the Buffalo, Wind,
We call upon them, give honor and ask in prayer the concerns we may have….
I wanted to share this with you!

    Gina Rose,
    I LOVE the warriors prayer…!
Please take what I’m about to say in the spirit in which it is intended…I’m very surprised at the wholeness and pureness of what I’ve read so far about WICCA. There seem to be many misconceptions in the “world” about what WICCA really is.
It’s so interesting and enlightening for me to learn about it from you.
Funny thing about the Christmas Tree description that you gave…one of my tress in the family room was always filled with crystals and white and some gold and bronze. I also had a very large home and deck with like 16 hotel size pots on the deck and front porch and each year I would plant a “live tree” in the pots at Christmas and then have the landscaper plant them in the spring..I had a lot of land so could easily do this.
We have been raised with different “religions” (don’t like that word really), but we have more in common than I would have thought!
Thanks for helping me to shed some of the foolish “ideas” that those who don’t know better have put into my head.
I love to learn and I beleive that when we all work together and come together out of love…that pleases God.
    You’re awesome!

    Hi Jacqueline,
Here is a Wiccan prayer/spell for connecting with the courage, strength, bravery, & wisdom of our ancestors.
Being Native American Indian, I thought you might like it….
Prayer for the Warrior Soul ~
The warrior soul, fighting in spirit,
follows a code of honor and wisdom.
Strength is found not in the arms,
not in the knife, the gun or the sword,
BUT in the MIND and SOUL.
I call upon the warriors of the past,
those who would stand up and fight,
those who would do what is needed,
those who would make sacrifices on behalf of others,
those who would die that others may live.
I call upon them this night,
to give me strength of heart, soul and spirit.
As I Will It, So Mote It Be
Blesed Be )O(…HUGS Gina Rose ext.9500
