Someone once wrote DNA means ‘destiny now arrives’. Most of us can agree that all that exists is vibration. Vibration affects our DNA. Radiation, chemicals, homeopathic medicine all affect the resonant frequencies of our cell structure. We are all drops in the ocean of vibration. Likewise, our decisions will generally create actions, thoughts and emotions — all of which have the capability of altering our vibration level, therefore our DNA, therefore our destiny.

So, the question arises, what is destiny? Astrologically, destiny may be defined as a pre-determined set of circumstances that the individual will be exposed to during a particular incarnation. According to spiritual theory, we have all agreed to this “contract” between incarnations. Now that we are here, destiny manifests and all that remains in question is choice. Our choices move us forward or backward along the karmic wheel.

What does any of this have to do with happiness? Karma is relentless. Push against these karmic influences and the universe pushes back. We experience this as misery. Relax and get on board with the plan that we have already committed to and the universe relaxes also. This is the key to happiness and peace. It has been said that the truth is always simple.Look at the effects of your decisions — your choices. Are you getting the intended results, or are you making more pain for yourself? Stubborn neediness generally produces more misery. The universe, the vibration sea we swim in, is attempting to point the correct path to happiness. Resistance is futile.
